Returns Policy

At Adventure Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return an Item

  1. Log in to your account at AdventuresToys.com and visit the ‘My Orders’ section.
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Include the returns form (generated during the process) inside your package.
  5. Ship your return using a tracked delivery service.

Important Information

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
  • We cannot accept returns of opened or used toys for hygiene reasons.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after we receive your return.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately through your account dashboard. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Personalized or made-to-order items
  • Sealed software or video games
  • Inflatable products
